Admissions

Brokers and Salespersons are required to complete 18 hours of continuing education during each 3-year licensing cycle. Licensees are required to complete 2 hours of legal updates and 1 hour of fair housing per year of each 3-year licensing cycle (for a total of 6 hours of legal updates and 3 hours of fair housing each licensing cycle).
