Job Summary:

Preferred Auto Dealerships is seeking a skilled and experienced Ford Certified Technician to join our team at our Grand Haven, Michigan location. This is a full-time position in the auto industry, with a competitive salary of $75,400 to $166,400 per year. As a Ford Certified Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Ford vehicles Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on Ford vehicles Utilize diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve issues Efficiently and accurately complete repair orders and timecards Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle repairs and status Keep up-to-date with Ford technologies and service procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Ford Certified Technician with at least 3 years of experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Own tools and equipment Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Must pass a background check and drug test
