To help prepare for the academy, here are some goals to strive for:

  • At least 25 correct push-ups in one minute
  • At least 30 correct sit-ups in one minute
  • 1.5 mile run in fifteen minutes and fifty-four (15:54) seconds or less (walking during any portion is disqualification)
  • 300-meter sprint in sixty-six (:66) seconds or less (walking during any portion is disqualification)
