The Sound & Communications Apprenticeship is a three-year program designed to train individuals in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems.Offered through the NorCal Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) and sponsored by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), the program combines classroom instruction with hands-on experience.
