The Healthcare Technician: Phlebotomy Level 1 Certificate program will prepare students for an entry-level position as a Phlebotomist. The individual will work under the direction of other Health Science professionals to perform a variety of blood collection methods using proper venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques on adults, children, and infants.
