The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively managing assigned territories and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets. Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads. Negotiate contracts and close sales with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. Upsell products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue potential. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the assigned territory. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate with clients. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Experience Proven experience in direct sales or territory management is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. Experience in technical sales or related fields is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
