The Plumbing Certificate is designed to prepare students for employment in the plumbing and related pipe industry. By fulfilling the program requirements, students will have the necessary knowledge and skills for a career in residential, commercial, and industrial service and repair or construction plumbing. Reading blueprints, layout, estimating, installation of piping systems and fixtures, and repair of supply and wastewater systems are just some of the skills that will be mastered during this program. A Certificate of Achievement in Plumbing may be earned by completing 45 units of Required Courses and 3 units of Electives listed under the Associate degree in Plumbing with a "C" or better in each course.
