Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and talent to support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive search and talent management, with a focus on lead generation and internal recruiting.
Duties:
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment strategies to identify and attract candidates for executive-level positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts, including clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize HR systems such as PeopleSoft and UltiPro to manage candidate flow and track recruitment metrics.
  • Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Lever to manage job postings and candidate applications.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer extension.
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview criteria.
  • Develop and deliver recruitment presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of professional contacts to identify and attract top talent.
  • Provide training and support to internal recruiters to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns to generate leads and promote job openings.
Skills:
  • Proven experience in executive search and talent management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, including lead generation and internal recruiting.
  • Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft and UltiPro.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever.
  • Experience with training and development programs to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with talent management software to manage candidate flow and track recruitment metrics.
