Apprenticeship training consists of: 1) Combination of On-The-Job Training All registered apprentices would become full-time employees of a construction company and learn their trade on a daily basis. Since apprentices are employees, they are earning income while they are learning.
2) Related Education Apprentices must attend classes two nights per week for a minimum of 24 weeks out of the year.
