The Residential Real Estate program prepares students to enter the world of residential real estate as a salesperson, broker or leasing agent. The curriculum meets the Texas Real Estate Commission’s educational requirement to obtain a salesperson license and meets the Statutory Annual Education (SAE) requirement.
