Millions of items are produced everyday around the world. Most of these items, like smartphones, automobiles, and even Amazon delivery, is controlled by industrial mechatronics. There is a steady increase in the amount of automation that is involved in daily life. All of these systems need highly skilled technicians to help install, maintain, and repair the equipment. As a student of Industrial Mechatronics at NCTC, you will gain skills and experience in the installation, setup, troubleshooting, and repair of robots, automation equipment, electrical controls, mechanical components, logistic equipment, motors, and programmable logic controllers (PLC). Additionally, you will have familiarization with additive (3D printers) and subtractive (CNC) manufacturing, programming, and network monitoring.
