S/SD-WAN
environments. + Deep relationships and credibility with key Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs) such as Telarus, AVANT, Intelisys, Sandler, TBI, and others. + Direct experience designing and supporting solutions using: + SD-WAN technologies: VMware/VeloCloud, Fortinet (or equivalent) +Firewalls:
Fortinet (NAT/PAT rules, VPN, AAA) +CPE:
Cisco, Adtran, Juniper + WAN & last mile technologies: Fiber, Copper, LTE, Satellite +Routing & Switching:
TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP/VRRP/GLBP + SIP
Trunking:
SSCA cert a plus +UCaaS & Hosted PBX:
Cisco, MetaSwitch, Microsoft Teams +Cloud:
AWS, Azure, GCP (focus on Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, etc.) + CCaaS and Hosted Agent Platforms + Legacy PSTN, DID, Analog/Fax support + IPsec VPN setup and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications + Natural presenter with strong communication skills, able to explain technical solutions to both executive and technical audiences. + Mastery in solution documentation, client training, and cross-functional collaboration. + High sense of ownership with strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach. + Able to work independently in a remote-first environment, while collaborating effectively with dispersed teams.
