The Residential Construction Management Certificate program is designed for both new and experienced professionals looking to advance their skills in managing residential construction projects. The program covers financing, construction, and management of single-family homes, multi-family apartments, and condominiums. Students will gain hands-on experience and earn the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health credential. Additionally, the opportunity to earn the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) credential is available. All courses contribute toward an AAS in Construction Management.

Construct, erect, install, or repair structures and fixtures made of wood and comparable materials, such as concrete forms; building frameworks, including partitions, joists, studding, and rafters; and wood stairways, window and door frames, and hardwood floors. May also install cabinets, siding, drywall, and batt or roll insulation. Includes brattice builders who build doors or brattices (ventilation walls or partitions) in underground passageways.
