The four real estate courses must be completed before you can take the Ohio Department of Real Estate Sales Exam. The courses are taught by experienced experts in the field. Our real estate curriculum is fully approved by the Ohio Department of Real Estate. You may complete all four courses during one semester, or schedule classes over multiple semesters. If you are interested in more than just meeting the state requirement for the real estate sales exam, you can acquire a short-term technical certificate at LCCC by completing the other courses listed on the curriculum guide. This certificate will apply to some of the requirements for the associate of applied business degree with a major in real estate.
