The Real Estate and Property Management certificate program is designed to focus on the principles, theories and practical implementation of skills required to be successful as real estate associates and/or property managers. This Certificate can prepare students wishing to pursue a career in Real Estate and Property Management by offering courses that are required to prepare for the Ohio Real Estate Licensure Exam, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM).
