Remote/Hybrid - Candidates must reside in the Houston, TX or Central Florida region Overview Lincoln Group is seeking a driven and resourceful Full Desk Recruiter to join our expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a collaborative and high-performance recruiting environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing the full recruitment life cycle—sourcing candidates, managing client accounts, and placing talent across a variety of industries. Lincoln Group is a woman-owned staffing and executive search firm recognized for its customized hiring solutions and expertise in healthcare, industrial, IT, and executive placements. Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Develop compelling job postings and ensure visibility across relevant platforms Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues related to placements Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships Business Development & Revenue Generation Place candidates in both contract and direct hire roles Consistently meet or exceed monthly billing goals Identify cross-functional or recurring staffing needs to support ongoing client success Accurately track placements, gross profit, and pipeline metrics Source qualified candidates through ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals Conduct pre-screens and interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage offer negotiations Maintain up-to-date candidate records in TrackerRMS Experience Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within a corporate environment is essential. Ability to manage both candidate pipelines and client relationships. Proficiency in ATS and CRM platforms (TrackerRMS strongly preferred). Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate offers and manage candidate and client expectations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience in healthcare recruiting is required , other recruiting experience considered: industrial, executive, or professional. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
