This course is designed for American residents or citizens between the ages of 21 and 65. With the CDL Class B course, the student will be prepared to become a licensed driver to transport freight greater than 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight (GVR) and with a single-axle trailer. The course is divided into a theoretical part where you study for the general knowledge to obtain the permit and a practical part where you train for the road test, including passenger and air brake endorsement.
