Required Skills 8+ years of experience in WebMethods, with 3+ years as an Architect. Strong background in enterprise integration platforms and middleware technologies. Proven SAP integration experience within the WebMethods framework. Industry experience in life sciences or healthcare highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in API-led development and microservices architecture. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to technical and executive audiences. Experience in health documentation, solution design, and platform lifecycle management. Past experience working with global teams and managing complex, large-scale transformation programs. Experience with greenfield project environments preferred. Ability to thrive in a rapid, on-prem delivery model with tight deadlines. Nice to
