Prince George’s Community College's 60-hour course meets the Maryland Real Estate Commission’s requirement for those who want to earn a Maryland real estate sales license. The College does not administer the licensure examination for salespersons or brokers. Candidates must be registered for the examination through PSI Examination Services.
