Construction Industry Certification Preparation
at Western Nevada College/ Ramsdell Construction Academy
Northern Nevada Catalog
This certificate builds on the Construction Gateway, teaching more advanced construction methods, understanding building codes, and reaching contract documents. The required internship allows students to apply new concepts in a work environment (for those already working, this can be aligned with current job responsibilities). Classes will prepare students for entry-level positions in the construction industry. This certificate of completion is also available to high school seniors through Jump Start CTE.
