UA Local 502 apprentices have the opportunity to earn an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from Ivy Tech Community College during their 5-year training program at no cost to the apprentice. UA Local 502 apprentices learn through both classroom and on-the-job training in what is considered by many to be the best construction industry apprentice program in the world.
