Bulldozer One-Day Basic Course
Bulldozer One-Day Basic Course
at The LEARN Center
New York City Catalog
Though it looks simple, the bulldozer is one of the more difficult machines to master. Extremely powerful and nimble, it easily clears and levels land with its 6-way tilting blade. Students will be introduced to the bulldozer, and learn to identify the main components of the equipment, the machine’s capabilities, and maintenance requirements (fuel, oils, filters, etc.) including the greasing of the pivot points of the machine. Students will maneuver the machine around the yard and use the front blade. This portion of the course will focus on the proficiency needed in the maneuvering and use of the blade through repetitive motions.
