Set Yourself Up for Success in Your Mortgage Career
Our industry-leading, and NMLS-approved, PE courses will teach you the foundational knowledge you need to thrive as a mortgage professional. You're able to pursue your next career move anywhere, anytime.
Pre-licensing education (PE) is the education required of all state-licensed MLOs to work in the mortgage industry. This regulatory education was instituted as a result of the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act). In order to meet this requirement, state-licensed MLOs must complete 20 hours of NMLS-approved education. NMLS is the system of record used by all state agencies. Our online instructor-led course makes the process simple while preparing you for your new career.
