STRIVE provides completely free job and career readiness training for those facing the biggest barriers to employment, including intergenerational poverty, housing and food insecurity, and those in search of a second chance after incarceration. We take a holistic approach to addressing the needs of our students, meeting them where they are in life and ensuring that they are fully supported in overcoming challenging circumstances. Our Transportation & Logistics track trains students for success in a growing industry, and while searching for employment, they will have the support of our career coaches, employer partners, and job placement assistance team. Even after finding a job, STRIVE’s doors are always open to alumni with upskilling opportunities.

Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
