Discover the principles of basic refrigeration and heat theory, read and understand basic wiring schematics, and test, diagnose, and service residential-sized air conditioning units. You will study automatic and electrical controls for heating equipment, including electric heat, gas furnaces, and heat pumps. This course includes classroom instruction and shop time.
