The Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVAC/R) program at Southwestern Illinois College is designed to prepare students for careers in the HVAC/R industry. The program offers both an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree and a certification program. Students will learn how to repair and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
