There is not a minimum age for this course per SPCC policy, but there are considerations from the NC Real Estate Commission:
The individual must be 18 years old to get their Real Estate License. Also, there is a 3-year expiration date for the course completion certificate. To qualify for an individual real estate broker license, an applicant must be a United States citizen, a non-citizen national or a qualified alien under federal law, or have a lawful presence in the U.S. The individual must have a social security number.
