The Information Technology (IT) Technical Diploma program at Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) is a comprehensive and hands-on educational pathway designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required for successful careers in the rapidly evolving field of Information Technology. Students in our Information Technology program gain knowledge and skills to install, administer, and troubleshoot networks. They learn about the installation and troubleshooting of network operating systems, cabling, CISCO routers and switches, security and wireless networks, and other LAN/WAN technologies.
