This program prepares the learner with the core skills necessary for a technical support position with a focus on personal computer operations. Training is emphasized in the areas of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers and peripheral devices utilizing current industry hardware and software products. Learners also receive an orientation on IBM midrange and mainframe computer systems that are frequently integrated into corporate networks.
