Computer Support Technicians provide first-level support for users on computers, software, mobile devices, and other devices connected to a network. Students will learn to provide technical support and problem-solving of operating systems, computer networks, and software applications, and will utilize interpersonal communication and customer service fundamentals. Students will have the opportunity to earn A+ certification, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications, and customer service certification in specific courses in the curriculum.

Computer User Support Specialists
Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Admissions
