The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 194, in partnership with the Shreveport Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association, proudly sponsors the Shreveport Area Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. The Shreveport JATC provides the most comprehensive electrical journey worker and apprentice training program in the region. The Shreveport JATC provides the ultimate "earn while you learn" apprenticeship training program. As an apprentice, you will be assigned to one of our electrical contractors, earning a progressively increasing hourly wage (plus benefits) as you successfully gain more skills and technical knowledge in the electrical industry.
