Dayton Catalog
Today’s sheet metal industry, as always, needs highly skilled and motivated workers. Our main source for developing such workers has been through our apprenticeship programs. These programs offer an 'earn while you learn' opportunity to launch a lifetime career. You will receive quality training and limitless opportunities to advance while earning a paycheck and health benefits. An apprentice learns through classroom study and on-the-job training, working side by side with a skilled Journeyman. This allows you to gain both practical experience as well as the knowledge you need as you progress through the program.
