It provides technical skill proficiency and includes competency-based applied learning that contributes to academic knowledge, higher-order reasoning and problem-solving skills, work attitudes, general employability skills, technical skills, occupation-specific skills and knowledge of all aspects of the Architecture and Construction career cluster.

Admissions
Candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Apply and be accepted at Seminole State College;
- If non-exempt, complete the Form 11, Level D Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) and successfully meet the following minimum scores to complete the program:
- Language: 584
- Math: 596
- Reading: 576
