Admissions
Along with a high school diploma or GED, you also must meet certain age requirements to obtain a Class A CDL for a long-haul trucking career. At Roadmaster, we accept students aged 21 and older for interstate driving and 18 years or older for intrastate driving.
With your valid driver’s license and diploma or GED, you can enroll at Roadmaster Drivers School and become a Professional Truck Driver. If you do not have a high school diploma or GED, you will need to take Roadmaster’s approved entrance exam. All of Roadmaster’s locations (except for our schools in Texas and California that require a third-party entrance exam) offer the approved entrance exam.
