The noncredit Real Estate courses are offered at no tuition cost to students. The curriculum is sponsored by the California State Department of Real Estate and fulfills the education requirements for the California Real Estate Salesperson License and may be applied towards the California Real Estate Broker License requirements. The courses are designed to give students a solid foundation in the theory and practice of real estate, and are taught by working professionals highly experienced in their areas of real estate specialization.

Admissions
Admissions Eligibility:
- High school graduates
- Individuals in possession of a California high school proficiency certificate, GED or certificate of completion
- Individuals at least 18 years of age and no longer attending high school
- International/foreign students who are eligible for admission under the USCIS guidelines
- High school student* – must complete and submit Concurrent Enrollment Form
- * IF you are a graduating high school senior concurrently enrolled at Rio Hondo College AND plan to attend the subsequent term, you will need to reapply as a first time college student.
