Foundation Pro Course The Life and Health Agent Combo is the course you will need to obtain the Life, Accident, Health and Sickness Agent-Producer licenses. This license is required to sell life insurance, annuities, endowments, disability insurance, health related insurance and memberships in an HMO (Health Maintenance Organization). This material prepares you for the State's Life, Accident, Health and Sickness Agent-Producer exam. A licensee is a person authorized to act as a "life and health agent" which allows them to transact insurance coverage on human lives, endowments, annuities, accidental death, disability income, sickness, accidental bodily injury, as well as Long Term Care and Medicare Related insurance.
