The A+ Certification Program focuses on the development of knowledge and skills in computer and security technologies. This program will prepare students for employment as desktop support and repair technicians as an example. The hands-on skills include troubleshooting and problem-solving of core IT services such as operating system configuration, system component installation, networking, and cloud computing.
