This CCP program prepares the student to take the State of Florida licensing exam for a position as a life insurance agent, including health and variable annuities. This course is for all participants who deal with the ultimate consumer and must obtain a Florida insurance license. This pre-licensing course is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Agent and Agency Services. Course content includes the development of communication, critical thinking, human relations, and employability skills. Topics included in the course: insurance terminology and concepts, federal and state regulations, and legal contracts.
