Two consecutive 5 weeks sessions, in real estate principles and real estate law, are accredited for 6 semester credits by the Division of Real Estate. This session includes 18 hours of Nevada Law as required for licensing purposes. This program is designed to qualify the student to apply for a salesperson's real estate license and to prepare the student for a successful career in real estate. Classes are held live, with an instructor. Students will also have access to an online portal for resource materials, including recordings of all classes for review purposes.
