There is an increased need for technology support specialists that are knowledgeable in systems (Linux and Windows) and web technologies. The purpose of this certificate is to expose students (re-entering or new to the Information Technology field) to a series of technologies and skills that, as a whole, will provide a strong foundation to work as a support technician or helpdesk support in the technology field.
