The Vocational Nursing Program is three semesters in length. The Certificate of Achievement is awarded upon successful completion of the program. Completion of prerequisite courses and required GPA are required for admission eligibility to the program. Only those students formally admitted to the program may enroll in vocational nursing courses. Completion of the vocational nursing program qualifies students to take the State Board Examination (NCLEX-PN) for licensure as a vocational nurse (LVN).
