This 100-Hour, 4-Week Program is approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). Through this program, you will receive the necessary didactic training hours, plus 40 hours of practical knowledge with treating patients. This course will teach the complexities of specimen collection and be familiar with the required procedure for you to perform venipuncture on patients under the supervision of a Doctor (MD) or Nurse (RN or LPN) at a Doctor’s Office, Medical Clinic, Hospital, or any health care facility.
