In this Program in A+ Certification, students will learn how to identify components in a personal computer.  Students will learn to diagnose problems in personal computer hardware and operating system and independently design solutions using the information gained through the component manuals and manufacturer websites. Students review how to diagnose and resolve a problem in a peer-to-peer local area network and use a breadboard to connect a simple electronic circuit based on a given schematic diagram. Students will assemble components on a printed circuit board using a soldering iron to connect a simple electronic circuit based on a given schematic diagram.
