The curriculum covers classroom lectures and hands-on installation instruction. Successful Future Build graduates are employed at Tesla, East Bay Municipal Utilities District, Shell Refinery, Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery and more. They gain opportunities in various fields as hazardous materials handlers, flaggers, solar installers, computer industry technicians, machinist, airline mechanics and much more

Assemble, install, or maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics. May include measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules. May perform minor electrical work such as current checks.
