Start a new career! Discover the world of real estate while learning how to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties in the state of Maryland. Instruction delivers what you need to know for the Maryland state licensing exam while providing essential business knowledge and a strong foundation for success as a real estate salesperson in Maryland. The State of Maryland requires at least 60 hours of classroom instruction for students to sit for the Maryland Real Estate Commission Licensing Exam. There are no exceptions to this requirement. As such, participants are required to sign in/out and are expected to be on time for each class. Those arriving more than 10 minutes late are considered absent for the entire class.

This course will meet on campus in an in-person environment. Maryland requires state-licensed Real Estate Agents to be 18+ years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
