The Help Desk Short-Term Technical Certificate provides students with the skills to enter a new job field or advance in their current one. Short-Term Technical Certificates consist of three to seven courses that can be completed in a year or less. To receive a Certificate of Completion, students must complete the required courses with a cumulative GPA of “C” or better and complete an application for the certificate.
