The Real Estate Proficiency Certificate is an 18-credit hour credential for students who are interested in becoming real estate salespersons, investors, or property managers; all career paths that do not require an associate or undergraduate degree. This certificate is also appropriate for individuals who currently hold a real estate license and who wish to learn more detailed information about areas of real estate that are not a primary focus in the Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Fundamentals courses.
