The Sustainable Building Certificate provides specialized training in sustainable design and construction for students and professionals in related fields, including architects, facility/building managers, and construction managers. The program is designed for individuals who already have or are pursuing a college degree and wish to gain additional expertise in sustainable building practices. This certificate equips participants with the knowledge and skills to implement environmentally responsible and energy-efficient solutions in the built environment.

Carpenters
Construct, erect, install, or repair structures and fixtures made of wood and comparable materials, such as concrete forms; building frameworks, including partitions, joists, studding, and rafters; and wood stairways, window and door frames, and hardwood floors. May also install cabinets, siding, drywall, and batt or roll insulation. Includes brattice builders who build doors or brattices (ventilation walls or partitions) in underground passageways.
