This certificate prepares students to enter the residential segment of the marketplace. Students have the opportunity to work with documents, takeoffs, estimates, computer software, and hands –on construction applicable to the design, build, operation, and management industry through applied learning, case studies, and individual and group presentation projects. All certificate courses count towards the Construction Management A.A.S. degree.
