Human resources management provides direction to organizations by helping recruit, train, and retain talented employees. This certificate allows students to learn key concepts in the field and focuses on applying concepts to help manage and retain the most important asset - human capital. This certificate is comprised of 18 credit hours and provides an opportunity for focused study in key areas valued by employers. Students must complete at least 9 semester hours of the certificate with Columbia College. All classes must be complete with a grade of C or higher. This program is accredited by ACBSP.
